Customer Service Manager BASIC FUNCTION:
The basic function of this job is to commence the processing of an order into the system, provide follow-up to the customer, planning, production, shipping, complete the monthly sales forecasts vs.
actual.
Forecast future sales, monitor inventory levels, facilitate returns for assigned customers and provide backup to other Customer Service Representatives, when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Review customer orders and sign upon receipt daily.
Responds to external customer within 48 hours of purchase order receipt, via phone, fax, or e-mail.
Creates orders for German mills to replenish inventory of mill rolls products and select converted products.
Prepares POR for material to be converted internally.
Initiates a Change Notice process if a material number is not established.
Completes the finishing specification forms by seeking assistance from the KAM/Product Manager and customer, as needed.
Completes the Change Notice cover sheet and circulate to appropriate parties.
Reviews orders versus the sales forecast and adjust the forecast accordingly discussing impact with KAM/Product Manager.
Prepares updates and completes the sales forecast by individual material numbers, printing out the COPA reports on a routine basis after making any necessary adjustments.
Generates monthly rolled forecast by completing all forecast changes for the upcoming months, printing the forecast, and compiling the monthly forecast reports.
Attends the monthly forecast review meeting with KAM/Product Manager.
Completes the customer complaint form and disposition Authorization form.
Creates customer credits upon approval by KAM/Product Manager.
Submits completed paperwork to the Product Manager or QA Manager to investigate the complaint.
Maintains pricing is SAP system for operative plan, forecast and sales.
Supplies routine stock reports to customers.
Informs customer of status of shipments.
Coordinates return of defective material with customer.
Supports accounts receivable on past due/account reconciliation issues and freight billings.
Participates in Customer/Manager conference calls as needed.
Informs internal/German planning of any required changes to existing orders.
Updates P2:
forecast reports when new forecasts are received from customers.
Input sales orders in SAP for shipment of product to customers.
Maintains contact with customer regarding shipment issues.
Performs other tasks as directed.
Coordinates and reconciles Inventories stored at External Warehouses.

in Business Administration desirable.

Diploma and a minimum of 3 years experience as a Customer Service Representative, Inside Sales Rep or equivalent position.
High proficiency of Excel, Word,, Power Point, Outlook.
SAP experience desired.
Must possess good written and verbal communication skills, and conflict resolution skills.
Must be detail oriented, analytical, and have good general mathematical abilities.
Knowledge and/or experience with FSNA processes, products, procedures, and techniques as it pertains to sales functions preferred.
